Player of the Matchweek

#MW31MOM

Mohamed Salah
Age: 25
Height: 1.75m
Nationality: Egyptian
Playing position: Winger / Forward

There were not many games this week in the Premier League due to the The FA Cup fixtures. But if you did watch the matches yesterday you would've saw this guys masterclass.

It was good to see Wilfred Zaha back in Crystal Palace colours also, his presence brought their mojo back as they picked up three points. But, Mo Salah was the star man and is arguably the best player in the Premier League this season.

Four goals and an assist as Liverpool ran riot at home beating Watford 5-0. The Egyptian struck twice in the first half and twice in the second. He took his tally to 28 Premier League goals and 36 in all competitions making this the best haul for a debutant in their first season playing for Liverpool.

His first goal and my personal favourite, with only four minutes on the clock Salah had the Watford defenders scrambling to block his effort as he shifted the ball from left to right beating the keeper at his near post.

The highlights are below, Salah scored his goals from his first four shots in the match, the last player to do so was Arshavin who also scored his four at Anfield. He is one goal off equalling Drogba's goals scored in a season for an African player too.

It was a wonderful individual display in the snow, the skill and overall play was sublime. With Harry Kane injured at the moment he could finish the season as the top goal scorer in the Premier League as he has now put himself four goals clear. The season is nearing the end but Salah doesn't look like he will be slowing down.

Who captained or triple captained him this week.. I know you are smiling right now 😆😆
