Mac Million signs partnership deal with Warner Bros worth $10 million

Mac Miller parted ways with Rostrum Records at the beginning of the year, many scratched their heads in disbelief. He ventured off to start his own label "Remember Music" to promote artists on his roster and has now forged a partnership that accquire himself and the imprint under Warner. Similar to OVO Sound with Drake, Warner Bros will oversee the label and distribution for Mac Millers vision. 

“Warner is the most independent thinking company I met with,” Miller told The FADER in an email. “It is a partnership and now I can focus on building my label Remember through music and let them handle everything I don’t like doing. Nothing will change in how I do things.” He added: “They have Prince.”
