Wolves triumphed this weekend with a 4-3 victory over Leicester. They definitely put even more pressure on the Leicester City manager - I don't think he has much longer to be honest with you.

There were some good performances this weekend, but as I always say you can't ignore a hat-trick. Jota became the second Portuguese player in Premier League history to score a hat-trick, he joins Ronaldo which is not bad company. Wolves have impressed this season, I don't know how they've managed to impose their own way of playing in the top flight but fair play to them.

It only took Wolves and Jota four minutes to break the deadlock (highlights below) exposing a Leicester City side who look in trouble. Wolves seemed to be cruising when they went 2-0 before half time but they let it slip in the second.

Jota's second goal made it 3-2. Leicester did really well to get the game level and they managed to make it 3-3 in the 87th minute. This would've felt like a loss the Wolves manager stated after he also said they need to be better at controlling games from winning positions. Nonetheless, Jota made it 4-3 in the 93rd minute completing his hat-trick and giving Wolves all three points.

Jota scored more goals in this match than he did the whole of last season, with all of his goals well taken especially his second. He is now the first player for Wolves to score a top flight hat-trick since John Richards in October 1977 - which was against Leicester City also.

Nuno Espirito Santo has done a magnificent job, he has stuck to his way of playing and has not changed it. He believes in his philosophy and the players that he has at the club. There is no doubt Wolves will remain in the Premier League, I just wonder how high can they finish!
