It was the last set of fixtures before Christmas, Liverpool are top and unbeaten and only Liverpool in the last decade have not won the league from this position at Christmas. I think Son has to be the most underrated player in the Spurs outfit, Alli and Kane are always mentioned as the most important attacking players for Spurs. Son for me proves every match that he is crucial to the Spurs outfit.
In his last two games for Spurs he has been the difference, his performance helped them get to the semi finals of the league cup and thrash Everton 6-2 at Goodison Park. His directness and eye for goal is second to none in the Spurs outfit and if he could add more goals to his game he may get more recognition.
He was the star of the show before being replaced against Everton scoring twice and assisting Harry Kane. He brought the game level on the 27th minute with a great finish, running in behind the defence and beyond Kane gives Spurs another attacking option and he took his chance. His second on the 61st made it 4-2 and in my eyes killed the game.
His last contribution was a first time cross which assisted Kane as Spurs were exploiting Everton's defence with ease. His involvement helped him to reach a milestone of 50 Premier League goal involvements for Tottenham. Five goals and five assists in 8 games he will be missed in January with the Asia games coming up.

He is a class act. He came back from international duty after competing in two tournaments and did not look tired. He can help Spurs mount a title challenge and I feel he takes the pressure off Kane. Kane can drop deeper and be more involved in their overall play.
Can Spurs win the Premier League this season? I think this will be their last season being a top four side. Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United will be back in full force next season without a doubt.
