Another entertaining week of football done 34 goals scored and three teams still unbeaten. United are looking back to their old selves and Arsenal look a lot me resilient. However Manchester City look even stronger than last season, they brushed Southampton aside and in truth the game was over after 15 minutes.
Raheem scored two of the six goals Man City scored on Sunday and assisted one as they regained top spot. With Liverpool not getting all three points against Arsenal, City are now two points clear and good enough to end the season unbeaten.
As you can see above, Southampton didn't get off to the best start conceding an own goal after six minutes, Sterling set up Aguero for the second and then on the 18th minute it was 3-0. Sterling scored just before half-time and in the second half.
Sterling scored his 50th goal in all competitions for Man City in 153 games and his 126th start. City are unbeaten in their last 43 Premier League games when kicking off at 3pm (37 wins, 6 draws).
There is no doubt he is one of the most improved youngsters in the game at the moment and has a lot of potential still. He is starting to score a lot more goals consistently which is a plus for City and if Southgate can get the team right would be for England also.
