The Carters in Paris. The Carter Family was handling business in Paris as normal, paying a visit to the Lourve. As expected people started to gather and attempt to capture a moment with the famous couple, but who wouldn't it's Jay Z & Beyonce.
However, one bystander stood out from the rest, he continued to film even after he was instructed "no filing". Not only did he record the encounter, the tourist was unaware to whom Jay Z was and inquired "Who is he?" The inquisition was humbly answered by Rapper/Business Mogul Jay Z himself.
