Who is the best striker in the Premier League? I think it is this guy, it's been this guy for so many years. He doesn't get the recognition he deserves, he's only mentioned when he scores and hardly makes the team of the year! He scored another hat-trick this matchweek as Man City demolished Chelsea 6-0.
The whole world was shocked when he missed from a couple yards out until he scored from about 25 yards, he wants to win the Premier League again for City and they're on the right track. Aguero had two goals in six minutes in the first half after Sterling made it 1-0 in the first four minutes.
His hat-trick was wrapped up on the 56th minute through a penalty, job done, he was subbed off on the 65th minute. It was a great performance from him, tracking back, shutting the Chelsea defenders down from the front leading the line to perfection. (highlights below) The real question now is is he better than Thierry Henry?
Aguero has scored a hat-trick in his last three Premier League matches at the Etihad and has equalled Alan Shearer's record scoring his 11th hat-trick in the league. He has scored eight goals for Man City in 2019 - which is double that of any other player in the competition.
If he secures another league title for City I will no doubt say he is probably the greatest striker the Premier League has seen, either way he is definitely a great and will be missed when his time comes to an end.
City are top with a game in hand! The pressure is on, this may go right down to the last league fixture!
