This match was very entertaining, all goals scored in the first half with the managers making enough tweaks to take a point and cancel each other out in the second half. The battle at the top of the table was an extraordinary match up, great tactical game and in the end Manchester City triumphed but they worked their socks off!

Deeney was instrumental in all of Watford's goals in the first half. Scoring two and assisting one. Captain fantastic for Watford and he would've been disappointed in his defence for not doing better to secure the three points.

His first goal came on the 14th minute to put his team ahead and he doubled their lead on the 27th minute. It was looking very good for Watford. He has scored seven competitive goals against Bournemouth and he has four goals from open play which is two more than he scored last season.

He assisted Sema to put Watford back in front after they let Bournemouth back in the game with a quick fire double, another lead which they let slip before the half time whistle. Both teams left with a point in a game they both would've thought they could've got all three.

Watford are up to eight in the league, I don't think they will finish any higher as the team above posses a lot more quality. But anything is possible in the Premier League. Deeney has for years and will continue to lead his men out to get the best results possible until the end of the season.
