Talking to yourself does not mean you are Crazy

 
 Are you crazy?

 Have you ever found yourself talking by yourself to yourself? Well apparently a great deal of us but we won't admit that we do it in fear people will think we are crazy. 

Well what would you think of someone talking out loud with no one around them?

And I don't mean just in the comfort of your own home, it could be walking in the streets, in an empty elevator, in the office or even whilst doing your shopping. 


 
 
In actual fact it turns out that talking to yourself is a sing of genius!!

The smartest people on earth talk to themselves. Look at the inner monologues of the greatest thinkers. Look at poetry! Look at history!

Albert Einstein talked to himself. He wasn’t an avid social butterfly when he was growing up, and he preferred to keep to himself.
Einstein.org reports that he “used to repeat his sentences to himself softly.”

The benefits of talking to yourself:
  • It helps your brain work more efficiently 
  • It helps you only when you know what you need 
  • You learn as a child to talk by talking to yourself 
  • It helps organize your thoughts 
  • It helps you achieve your goals 

So keep talking to yourself just not so much it makes people think you need to be committed.
