· Top nutrition secrets to enhance your healthy lifestyle change
It is coming up to the
end of January, and usually many people will have found their New Year resolutions have become a distant
memory (I'm one of them, lol). It is time for a
change! This brings me to my idea of a healthy
lifestyle change, it is positive perspective on becoming healthier to be
the best you can be for the future. A healthy lifestyle should not be
confused with a diet. The hopeful outcome of a healthy lifestyle change is, you
become so accustomed to the change, and it will naturally become a part of your
everyday lifestyle. I absolutely loathe the word diet, the stigma
that comes with the term diet presents an idea of a short term solution. When
in fact if you want to tone up you and loose a bit of weight, it should not be
short term. If you want to keep the weight off, you have to get in to a continuous routine. The
most important parts of developing a healthier lifestyle is motivation,
optimism and perseverance. Once you've mastered those components, it will be a
breeze!

A lack of motivation can cause people to not continue with their
healthy lifestyle. One trend that has helped many people is working out at
home. No one can say they are too busy to workout. There are many ways to work
out in the space of your home. Whether, it's a fitness DVD or doing
squats whilst watching Eastenders. A great way to start is by trying out
the 30 day squat challenge, it is a great and easy way to start toning up your
body and it doesn’t take much time at all.

Another popular trend
for 2015 is Pole Fitness. Pole fitness is no longer just about sexual dancing,
it is about strength and fitness. Believe it or not, it’s a great workout. When
I first tried pole fitness I was a bit sceptical, but it was a good experience
and I can't keep away from it now. If you think sitting on a stationary bike in
a gym for an hour is beneficial, wait until you see the wonders pole fitness
does for legs and your upper body. It takes a lot of strength to hold yourself
up on a pole and works out a lot of your muscles. It’s not easy, but it’s
definitely worth it. Why don’t you give it a try? Many celebrities such as
Heidi Klum, Jennifer Aniston and Paris Hilton have also raved about benefits of
pole fitness.
