A group of 50 people were attending a seminar, lead by a well known speaker. During the seminar the speaker suddenly stopped his speech and suggested a group activity, where each individual will be involved. He started by giving each person a balloon. Each person was instructed to write his/her name on their balloon using a permanent marker pen. Then shortly after all the balloons were collected and put into another room.
All individuals were let into the room full of balloons and were asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was desperately searching for their name, clashing with each other it was complete chaos.
As the set 5 minutes came to an end no one could fine their own balloon. The speaker instructed all individuals to collect the balloon and give it to whom it belongs. Within a couple of minutes everyone had their balloon.
The speaker stated "This is a prime example of what is happening in our lives. Everyone is desperately looking for happiness everywhere and all around, not knowing where it is."
"Our happiness lies in in the happiness of other people give them happiness: you will get your own happiness"
